Barbells for Boobs 2011 with CrossFit Takeover at the old box!

We will open the gym up at 9am, the first heat begins at 9:30am.
You will need to warm up on your own but we will have a warm up on the board for you (pull up rig side).
If you have time to hang out a bit, please bring a snack, or drink, or something to share and we will have a little potluck and hang out with all of the awesome people :)
If you didn't sign up on the barbells for boobs website, that is OKAY! Bring in a small donation the day of the event and we will send it in on the behalf of CrossFit Unrivaled! We've raised just over $1,000.00 already!

Box Jumps 24in (for all)
KB Swings 24/16KG
* 2 rounds of “Cindy” after every set
(so once you finish 10 box jumps and 10 kb swings you'll do 2 rounds of Cindy, etc.)
