Unrivaled is helping put on the Grand Opening WOD at Lululemon in town center. We'd love your support there to make it a great event for them!
Come fill out a waiver at 8am. There are no heats, everyone goes together! You will see Coach Brit, Drew and Andie there :)
For those of you that can't make it out at 9am Coach Kenny is going to be coaching Snatch 101 where he will break down the snatch then you will get to work on the following complex:
Work up to a heavy single
Hang snatch + snatch + OHS
Open gym hours are the same all weekend. However there will be no yoga on Sunday. I'm in Chicago again!
