Back Squats 6x6 across 70-75%

"Boomsauce"
15 min AMRAP 
Squat Cleans
Muscle ups, pull ups or jumping pull ups (for Lurong) *non Lurong can do ring rows 

Reps 1,1 then 2,2 then 3,3 etc. going up one rep each per round until the time runs out

Men Lvl 3 185 - Lvl 2 135 - Lvl 1 55
Women Lvl 3 105- Lvl 2 85 - Lvl 1 35
