Tanya and Preston always showing up on Halloween in an
awesome get up! Loved all the costumes today! I will announce all winners 
on Monday's blog post and have prizes at the gym Monday!

7 RFT:
5 Bench (M) Bodyweight (W) 70% Bodyweight
5 Cleans, Bodyweight/70% Bodyweight
35 Double unders 

With a partner complete these 7 rounds, one person working at a time before moving to the next movement. So partner 1 does bench while partner 2 spots, then switch. Partner 1 does cleans, partner 2 rests, switch. Then partner 1 does DU's, partner 2 rests, switch! 

SUNDAY: YIN YOGA at 9am
Elements class is welcome to come! If you haven't tried it yet, it's basically just mobility and stretching hips/legs, come check it out!
