With a running clock and a partner: 

Each will establish a 5 Rep max Deadlift 

At 10:00
Row a 500m or Run a 400m *alternating partners (so one at a time)

At 17:00
3 Rounds: *sharing reps with your partner, one person working at a time, alternating as needed
30 Strict HSPU's 
30 Power Cleans, 135/95
30 Box Jump Overs, 24/20


Saturday 5pm at Unrivaled!
There will be some activities for the kids, corn hole and ladder golf and BIG Jenga for the 
adults! Come join in on our Thanksgiving themed potluck with our awesome
Unrivaled FAM! If you missed the sign up sheet for what to bring just 
check the blog posts from earlier this week to get an idea of what others
are bringing. Please keep in mind that PARENTS are responsible for their own children.
Nobody else is there to babysit so please be mindful of others :) Thank you all!
