Strength:
15 minutes to work up to a 3RM Overhead Squat
5 minutes rest
10 minutes to work up to a 3RM Front Squat
Saturday, June 27th is the Barbell Weightlifting Seminar with Coach Kenny from 8-11am. Cost is $30 and sign up ASAP at the front desk.
On Sunday, June 28th, we will open our doors up from 9-11am for a huge garage sale. (We will have Open Gym from 11-1pm that day)
