During August's Sweaty Angel #bricks4schools check ins we had 323 of our members make sure to check in when coming to CrossFit Unrivaled to workout. Your efforts contributed 80 bricks towards building a school in Nicaragua.

This month Sweat Angels is partnering with H2OpenDoors to provide purified drinking water for families in need. Your job is simple, just check in on Facebook at CrossFit Unrivaled with the #givewater and you will help give a family 150 gallons of drinkable water.

**If you normally exceed 20 rounds in "Cindy", you need to be focusing on the EMOM version, but if you are under 20 rounds then you will be doing the AMRAP version.**
