WODAMRAP 10:
50 Double unders
21 Box Jumps, 24/20
15 C2B Pull ups
(20 reps for ring rows)
Gymnastics
5 Sets of Max Ring Dips in :30secs; rest as needed
-If you don't have ring dips yet you'll perform a :15sec static hold at the top of the rings or parallel dip bars then proceed to do 10 reps of parallette dips for each set. Rest as needed.
