10 minutes of free choice
-Use this time to practice things you're not good at or maybe have never tried yet (rope climb, handstands?)
Intervals
Men: 5×30 Calorie Row, 1 min rest between sets
Women: 5×25 Calorie Row, 1 min rest between sets
*If the rowers fill, you can use the bikes
*If you guys/gals are doing the row challenge, once you finish each calorie row all that you need to do it hit 'change units' to view how many meters you did.
