20 CrossFit Unrivaled Members participated in the Concept 2 Fall Rowing Challenge. As a team they accumulated over 1 million meters. Some members exceeded 100,000 or 50,000 meters as an individual. These are huge numbers in such a short time. These members put in extra work along with their normal CrossFit strength and conditioning. A huge shout out goes to Jules Clyde who organized the team and kept everyone motivated.
Don't forget Jules and Alyssa will be running a Rowing Clinic this Saturday from 9-11am.
Want to be a better rower and make rowing a strength and no longer a weakness. Come learn from the pros, its $10 and there are still a few slots remaining on the sign up sheet.
