If you cannot make class on Monday you have until the end of the week to make up the baseline WOD if you are doing the nutrition challenge. You must complete the WOD during open gym time or in the back lifting area on your own during open hours.
If you missed Sunday's meeting I recommend reading through the packet, there are extras on the front desk and letting me know if you have any questions as soon as possible.
