Hey guys, Sunday we are going to be closed as there are 3 teams competing at CrossFit Williamsburg that day, that's 12 people plus supporters so most of the people that come to open gym will be there!
SATURDAY: NORMAL HOURS Coach Kenny will be there!
Also, after much discussion and consideration we are not going to have a weightlifting class on Thursday evening. You will however see more barbell work on Thursday's, so all classes that day will be the same workout/skill other than 4:30pm yoga. We will however continue to have weightlifting clinics, and barbells club and we want you guys to have those things to look forward to in the near future!
