Squat cycle will begin Tuesday this week only but will normally be Mondays and Wednesdays.
We will be performing the Hatch Squat Cycle. Utilizing the new 1RM Back and Front Squats we established these last two weeks to get our working percentages for squat days. The Hatch Squat Cycle Excel form is on the Facebook CF Unrivaled Members page under Files from February 24, 2014.
