Some good pointers for keeping your pull-ups clean and efficient.


ATTENTION... There are still slots available for Saturdays InBody 370 body analysis testing by Shari from CrossFit Tidewater.  We have 10 slots ($35/person) still open between 9am- 10am on Saturday February 27th.  Remember the CrossFit 9am class is being moved to 10am.

*Rest little as possible, only enough to go unbroken on the following set.*

WOD

9 Push Jerks
Men: 155 lbs.
Women: 105 lbs.

(Focus on cycling unbroken heavy reps, not small sets)
