Had a member mention to me that they've been in a slump lately.
We all go through these times when we feel tired, no motivation, so sore that we just can't seem to get ourselves to go workout. But its on these days that we truly build character by getting in the gym when we don't feel at our best, doing this helps us get that much closer to achieving our goals.
