Partner WOD
For Time
Partners will both perform:
500m Row
150 Double Unders
then...
50 Deadlifts (275/185#) together (switching every 5 reps)
Partner Holds Deadlift
then...
50 T2B together (switching every 5 reps)
Partner Hangs
then...
50 HSPU together (switching every 5 reps)
Partner Holds Handstand
then...
800m Sandbag Run together
(can switch sandbag as needed)
