Words of Wisdom and Weightlifting Wednesday

ABILITY

Tomorrow we say goodbye to half a dozen of our members as they deploy with the USS Eisenhower and Carrier Strike Group.  We wish them a fast and safe deployment, be careful overhead squatting when that boat is rocking back and forth.


This June, we're excited to partner with Soles4Souls, Inc. to provide #shoes4kids. Every 10 check-ins = 1 pair of shoes for a person in need.
