(just finished elements within the last month -OR- just getting back into the gym, not consistent)
6 Rounds: 
8 Thrusters (scale weight as needed)
10 Pull Ups/Ring Rows

CrossFit Unrivaled TURNS FIVE!!! Our grand opening was June 04, 2011 I can't believe it's been FIVE years already! Be on the lookout for our Birthday Celebration! Last year we waited until August and I have a feeling we may need to wait until then again this year due to Baby Kastelic on the way :) We will be posting an online invite on FB very soon!
