800m Run, 50 Abmat Sit-Ups
600m Run, 40 Abmat Sit-Ups (out to the 400m mark, back to the front door, then out to 200m mark)
400m Run, 30 Abmat Sit-Ups
200m Run, 20 Abmat Sit-Ups
100m, 10 Abmat Sit-Ups (to the dumpster and back)
Intermediate Scale:
600m Run, 35 sit ups
400m Run, 30 sit ups
300m Run, 25 sit ups (end of parking lot and back 2x)
200m Run, 20 sit ups
100m Run, 15 sit ups
Had some car trouble so I went to my local Anytime Fitness. Warmed up with a 500m row (2:33, Shaving nearly 40 seconds of my usual time due to the air conditioning here LOL) Skill work was sumo deadlifts (5×2@135#) and seated progression pullups (20). I converted the meters to miles for the WOD. So, .5mi/50 situps, etc. I hope to make the mobwod later.
