Remember just cause tomorrow is the last day of the Nutrition Challenge doesn't mean you stop eating to fuel your body the right way. Hopefully everyone has noticed some change in their eating habits, energy, performance and even in their overall look after this last month doing the challenge.
Challenge ends Friday at midnight. So don't start that celebratory meal just yet.
