Barbells 4 Boobs will be this Friday, October 20th.
No afternoon classes(Open Gym @ 330 still). 
We will start running heats around 4:30"ish"
Heat sign-ups will go up Wednesday.
We are changing it up this year,
a surprise twist on this years workout.... 
AND you get to do it with a partner!
