Don't forget that this Saturday at 10am we will be having a Nutrition Seminar to talk about Nutrition and the rules of our challenge that will be starting up in another week! 

THE OPEN IS COMING!
Starting this Sunday at 9am we will be having an Open Prep Class each week leading up to the Open. This week we will be covering Pull Ups. For those who do not have pull ups we will go over progressions that you can work on to help achieve this goal, we will go over kipping and how to "clean up" your kip, how to be efficient in your kipping and butterfly pull ups. We will NOT be teaching how to do this things unless you have strict pull ups. This is very important for the health of your shoulders. 
But, as I said above we will go over progressions for those who don't have them yet, and you will also practice the kip swings <--Two things to master before kipping pull ups.
