Our Nutrition Challenge starts up on Jan 22nd (in one week), if you haven't yet, make sure to add Unrivaled Nutrition on FB, I will be posting the rules there if you missed the seminar.

Last week was week #1 of our brand new weightlifting class! If you missed it last week make sure to come check it out this week. Tuesday at 5:30pm or Thursday at 6am!

Also, our Open Prep classes have begun! Sunday's at 9am!!! Next Sunday we will be covering Toes-to-Bar.
