Tuesday: WEIGHTLIFTING CLASS 5:30pm

20 min AMRAP--
12 Box Jump Overs 24/20
9 Pull Ups
6 Burpees
Every 2 minutes, stop and complete 3 Power Cleans 225/155, 185/135, 155/105

Don't forget that tomorrow at 5:30PM is the Weightlifting Class! We will make sure to update the workout for that class. I (Jackie) got home from coaching and Coach Drew passed out with Ainsley before I knew what he wanted the weightlifting class to do!

Nutrition Challenge Update! I have an update for you. If you are following Drew or Jackie's nutrition plan you can still do the challenge by following YOUR plan but using the food guidelines for the challenge, you don't need to use the Bento Box. Therefore if you are very seasoned using macros or the Zone you can also do one of the two. The Bento Box challenge was created for people that get confused with all of the counting and weighing so this makes it 100% easier for those people!
If you are planning to join the challenge please pick up a packet at the front desk from Jackie or Drew, make sure to get your buy-in money in this week! $20 CASH! The winners get to split the pot!
