NUTRITION CHALLENGE

We start Jan 22nd - 
You must keep a food log 
You must either be counting your macros, following the Zone OR if you think counting is just way too confusing, follow the Bento Box plan! The Bento boxes should be here any day and you get one with your buy-in. 
Buy in is $20 CASH.
The money in the pot gets divided between the winners. 
The challenge is "paleo" sweet potatoes, peanuts, legumes and grassfed butter are allowed.

Challenge lasts 4 weeks. 
What's the worst that could happen?! You stop.
Otherwise, you stick to it and feel better, lose weight, get ripped abs, hit a PR......
