Everyone did awesome this morning!!
The ladies got a taste of the hopper- be ready for anything!
They all did a different workout that was picked out by each of the them, they couldn't see what it was until after they picked it.
I have to give Amber a shout out for doing so well on her first ever 5k row: 24:51!!
For those that don't know, that's 3.1 miles.

Drew and I are heading to the airport now. So I thought I'd post a workout for you guys to do today or tomorrow depending on if you already worked out today.
Warm up with a 5 min jog.
Then 2 rounds of:
60 second plank
5 push ups - chest to floor
10 walking lunges
20 mountain climbers
Workout for home:
8 rounds of:
15 squats
Hold 20 seconds in the bottom of a squat
Record how long that takes you
Then:
Every minute on the minute, for 10 minutes do 15 push ups.
So if it takes you 30 seconds to finish, you have 30 seconds to rest. However if it takes you 45 seconds, then you only get 15 seconds rest. For every minute that you do not complete 15 push ups you have a 30 sit up penalty. So if on the last two minutes of the workout you only finish 12 push ups then you have to do 60 push ups.
Make sure your push ups are chest to floor to count!
It's supposed to be 60 sit ups, not push ups down at the end.
