I am not trying to be a mean trainer/coach....you all know how nice I am ;) So nice I like to make you do burpees....buahahaha :-)
But really, if you are finding the time to whine during the middle of your workout, you are NOT pushing yourself hard enough! That means; squat faster, run harder, or push/pull more weight! That means you are not giving it your all, your letting yourself "slack!"
Now- who wants to be the slacker at KSC?! NO ONE!!!
What you can do during your workout; cuss, yell, cuss at me (lol), scream, sweat and/or puke :P
Now if something hurts- I wont considering that whining, so please let me know! Everyones safety and health comes first! Healthy clients are happy clients!
Now come on in, and get your sweatin n cussin on!
