The weather is much warmer this week and it feels great! But this means that you all need to be aware of how much water you are intaking. Warmer weather means more liquid loss through sweat so please drink MORE water and keep hydrated so that when you come to workout your body is happy and healthy. Many injuries can occur from being dehydrated, I am a prime example....and I don't even think you saw me at my worst when I pulled my chest muscles...all of a sudden there was a random hot day and I didn't drink enough water and "Cindy" came along and literally beat me up. I couldn't move my arms for two days, they woke me up in my sleep it was so painful and I had to go to the doctor to get muscle relaxers....PLEASE DONT end up like I did!! Drink away, keep those muscles healthy ;)
