Some of the original CrossFit girls doing "Nasty Girls": 3 rounds 50 squats, 7 muscle up, 10 hang power cleans. Strength and intensity unleashed in one of the original named workouts!
I cannot wait until we can move into our space, and have more rings hooked up (higher)so we can utilize them more often, teach and learn muscle ups, skin the cats and all of the other fun things you can do on the rings!
So today we will be doing
"Nasty Girls on the Floor"
3 rounds:
50 squats
14 weighted push ups
10 hang power cleans
