Come learn to run!


Tomorrow at 10am, Drew and I will be hosting a Sunday running clinic to help improve running form. We will introduce POSE running form which will help you to be more efficient, and help to save those knees/ankles/hips. 
Not only will we go over form and drills there will be a workout to finish it off! 

Jog to track from our place (approx 800 meters)
- go over form
- go over drills 

6 x 100 meter sprints
