Chief Petty Officer Nate Hardy was killed Sunday February 4th 2008 during combat operations in Iraq. Nate is survived by his wife, Mindi, and his infant son Parker. Nate was stationed in Virginia Beach.
Time to throw down on another HERO WOD, give it your all! When you feel the pain of the WOD, remember your pain is nothing compared the pain of the sacrifice that his family and himself suffered. I always remind myself of that mid-WOD, and it helps me to keep pushin onward!
Reminder: CLOSED THIS Friday and Saturday. Next weekend for Memorial Day we will be open for morning classes only on Friday and will resume to normal hours on Tuesday morning!
