After a long weekend I am glad to be back and in the gym, as I am sure the rest of you are ;)
After two weeks of grueling HERO WODs we are now back to our regular kick- @ss programming!
It just keeps on getting HOTTER. So PLEASE for your safety and my sanity, DRINK WATER---LOTS!
