Thank you to everyone that came in today for our Grand Opening! We had a great turn out for Fran! THREE heats is awesome and I loved that so many people wanted to do the workout.
Also a big shout out to Brendan- owner at CrossFit Obsession, Buck- owner at Hybrid and to Bubba and Tim from TakeOver! Its so nice to have the support from the CrossFit Community here in the Hampton Roads! Thats what its all about!
Thank you to all of the current members for so graciously bringing a paleo dish to share it was all SO delicious!
