Operation Red Wing Memorial WOD

6 years ago today (6/28/2005) a four man SEAL team went out to kill or capture          
Ahmed Shah, a Taliban leader...

To all those that scarified their lives that day, we honor you!

    Great work to every that came in and endured the pain. I wish I could say that I enjoyed that workout, but it hurt!! And I wanted to quit, and the only thing that kept me going was WHY and WHO the workout was for!!
    Thank you to those men.....

    That was definitely a top 3 "suck", but we suffer to honor their sacrifice. Never forget why we do those HERO WODs, and that anyone of those brave souls would gladly trade places. Keep up the great work you guys. It's going to be hard for me to leave all of you, but definitely look forward to the day I get back and see how much the Unrivaled family has grown.
