Thirsty Thursday

WATER that is! I hope you guys have been guzzling away at your water bottles its HOT and heat is no joke! If you aren't drinking enough and you try to come and WOD- its going to piss your body off, and its got no shame showing you how mad it is...so drink up! Keep your body happy ;)
