Train. Eat. Sleep.

Recovery.
A very important word, and it is JUST as important as a healthy diet, and consistent training.
What are things that we can do to help our bodies recover?
1. Get a good amount of sleep (5 hours is not considered a good amount)
2. Fuel your body with clean, real food and make sure you are getting in enough protein.
Sugar cereal, donuts, and NOT eating are probably not good choices (yes I saw this on someones food journal today....aaaaheemmm....not going to name who! They know!)
3. REST. Listen to your body, if you are feeling more tired than usual, and your workouts are going down the drain then its probably wise to take a rest day! Overtraining can lead to injury and stress on the body, which can lead to sickness!
4. Drink WATER!! Dehydrated muscles are going to lead to more muscle break down while you WOD and in turn take a lot longer recovery time. Also, your work capacity will decrease and you will have a flat out crappy WOD and probably feel like complete shit.
