Thursday already! This week is flyin by!

Sorry for having to close down Wednesday night- emergency close down :( Soon the fort will be held down by Ruby, Brian or Marcos whenever a situation arises again! I feel awful having to close the gym and that some of you had to miss your WOD! BOOO.

WOD

15 ring dips
30 Sit ups 
15 deadlift 250/185

If you have time after your WOD, stay and practice something: kipping pull ups? double unders? 
Time to master those skills!

  2. 155# (30 off of RX) 18:something, I would have been there all day night if I did RX. I did RX ring dips tho. BRUTAL!
