Team 4.5 (4:30 class) killin some L-Sits!

WOD
Hip Hip Hop and you don't stop
5 minutes: max double unders (singles get divided by 4)
4 minutes: max deadlifts 135/95#
3 minutes: HSPU
2 minutes: max pull ups 
1 minute: burpees

CFU is offering a FREE week to anyone interested  in coming to try us out, that haven't already
They can come to any class, and as often as they would like (their body allowing)

This Sunday @ 10am! Current CrossFitters only, CrossFitters from any Hampton Roads gym are welcome! I will not be coaching, I will be WODing with everyone ;) Of course, for those of you that need help with anything I will be there! Just not a formal class....come WOD with some awesome BAMF chicas!
