Change doesn't happen over night, its far from easy and it doesn't happen by committing 75%.
If you have goals you want to achieve you need to commit 100% and you will!! (If you want it bad enough!)
Angela has made some amazing progress over the last year. I specifically remember one day when we were in the garage gym and she was doing push ups, I looked at her arm like "damn, Angela is getting ripped" It was awesome and very inspiring to watch her body change though the months. Way to stick to it Angela!!
She has worked her way through each of the colored bands, now to weighted pull ups, and is starting to RX more and more WODs.
Angela is proof of what commitment, hard work and dedication can achieve!

Great work Angela, and what you do motivates others. This is a community of athletes pushing one another to achieve their best. All of you are the reason CFU is here. I have seen great results from soooo many of you and it just fuels me to keep coaching, training and learning to make our community a strong more healthier environment. We have to set the example for the next generation of BAMFs. ;) Miss all you guys... keep doing what your doing and I can't wait to see how much EVERYONE has improved when I return.
