I think we all feel a little like Homer during our running WODs...alas, I promise you are moving much much faster than Homer, even when it doesn't feel like it!
Keep on pushing through until you cross that "finish line" aka your last rep or until the clock stops!
Give your WODs all that you can, otherwise you are just wasting away potential. GET SOME!
