Today was a "surprise WOD" meaning you do not find out until you come to workout! Great job for everyone keeping it a secret!! Why did I do that?? Well, just be ready for anything! Its not posted so that you can CHOOSE to come in or not.....just get your butt in here and WOD, no matter what the workout, no matter if you hate it so much you could cry. Face your fears, its the only want to improve!
This workout was a regional workout I did at CrossFit Asia for the 2009 Regionals.
And I found it fitting since I just got back from Vegas ;)
