SNATCH

Wednesdays WOD
Snatch 
1-1-1-1-1-1-1

If you are not comfortable, or having a hard time with this full movement then you will either 
work on hang snatch, snatch drops, or OHS depending on what Coach thinks ;) 

Hint for tomorrow, just because I like to tease....be ready for a benchmark!
