Congrats to our Tough Mudders!

Big shout out, and congratulations to Sean, Cindy, Mike, Nick and Steph for completing the Tough Mudder this weekend!! I am proud of you guys, you are 100% BAMFs!! 
I will be back Wed morning teaching the 9am class, I miss you guys!!! We have some exciting things coming up....
