So I hear everyone is ready for the next challenge already!? You guys are FIRED UP! 
I will begin to work on the "rules" for the next challenge and have them posted up hopefully next week so that you can decide to commit! Just remember its ONLY 30 days ;) With as great of results as there were from the last challenge you would be crazy not to join in this time! 


Skill Work
Choose anything that you think needs work/practice
You will work on that skill for 12 minutes.
*Take advantage of this time to really work your weaknesses! 
Double Unders? Ring dips? Muscle ups? Handstands? The kipping pull up?
This is not a 12 min gossip time. Last I heard thats not how you get PRs....

WOD
3 rounds for time:
20 pistols
*break  up pistols anyway you want
10 pull ups *increase the pull ups by 10 reps each round: 10,20,30
20 deadlift @ bodyweight
