PROGRESS!!
Isn't it an amazing feeling to reach a new goal? To do something you didn't realize or didn't think you could do? To do something for the first time?! YES IT ROCKS OUR SOCKS!
That is one of the many things that I love about CrossFit, there are so many things to measure our progress by: lifting 10 more lbs on a 1RM, getting a pull up for the first time, shaving off a minute from your last "Fran" time, doing your first muscle up....
And here is Lauren doing her FIRST ever handstand unassisted, away from the wall!!!
GO LAUREN!!! That is FREAKIN awwwwwesome!!!!
It has been a fun week "visiting" other boxes, we will have to do that again ;)

You have 5 attempts to find a 1RM deadlift
The catch:
You start with a 400m run
and after EACH attempt you run another 400m
Which means....
you will also END with a 400m
Yes, that is a total of SIX runs!
