WOD
FGB Style!
I like to call it.....
"BAMF gone MAD"
2 rounds, 1 minute each:
Tire Flips
Rope Climbs
Burpees
sand bag cleans/ stones (for men)
Double Unders
Renegade Rows
Rest

Reminders:
Sat the 21st we will host the baseline WOD for the "Let's Get Primal" Challenge,
this is the only time you will have the change to do the WOD, there is no making it up.
You still have a chance to win the challenge , so NO quitting yet!
