Great Recipe that Lauren and I made for dinner!
Stuffed Mushrooms
4 portabellos, wash, gut and rubbed with olive oil.
Preheat oven to 400.
In pan: 1lb of beef, cooked with peppers and onions (Probably 1/2-2 cups total together)
I used sea salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, basil, garlic, paprika
and I just added a little more of each until it tasted good.
Once it was cooked I put in my food processor.
Then I put the cooked meat mixture into a bowl and mixed with
1/4 cup almond flour, 2tbsp olive oil and one egg.
Stuff the mushrooms and cook for 20 min. SO GOOD!
Recipe sounds amazing and I'm sure it tasted as amazing. Can't wait to try it out! --Mel
