9am Baseline WOD for "Let's Get Primal"Challenge
However, its still a regular class time so don't think you HAVE to be doing the 
challenge to come WOD, although the challenge is HIGHLY encouraged :)
10am: NO INTRO WOD
10am: Nutrition Seminar/"Let's Get Primal"
REMEMBER: Bring a nonperishable item (or more) to clean out your pantry for the challenge,
AND to support a good cause! It will all go to the Food Pantry and a local church.

Sunday
Noon: Sectionals Training
For those of you getting ready for sectionals, we will all meet again this weekend
and train those weaknesses!
We will go over a plan of attack for each individual for the next 5 weeks: 
Who needs what in terms of extra skill work/strength/mobility
