20 Thrusters
20 Sumo Deadlift High Pull
20 Push Jerks
20 OHS
20 Front Squats

Athlete must complete 4 burpees at the beginning of every minute before they continue with 
the barbell work. 

There is a 20 min time cap.

  4. 10:38 RX 3 or 4 min PR from the last time Ive done this WOD, but that was about 2 years ago! :) Thrusters and Front squats kicked my butt!
