This weekend is the last weekend of sectionals, everyone would love your support at CrossFit Rife on Saturday for 12.5! Also this Sunday will be the last Sunday there will be a 9:30am WOD. Regular weekend WOD's will go back to Saturday at 9am! There WILL be a free intro WOD this Sunday at 10:30am!
